Position Statement on inclusivity, diversity and gender balance at the International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS)
The 35th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS 2020) Organising Committee, along with our hosts; International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney), are committed to improving equality, diversity and inclusion across our research and discipline. Therefore, we have endeavoured to build a program that embraces different perspectives on the basis of professional experience, cultural background, disability, gender and sexual orientation or identity, to ensure our delegates have the greatest opportunity for collaboration and innovation.
The Organising Committee is currently developing an exciting and comprehensive program to deliver to the attendees of the 35th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors.
ICPS is the premier meeting for reporting all aspects of semiconductor physics including electronic, structural, optical, magnetic and transport properties.
The Conference reflects the state of art in the semiconductor physics and will serve as a forum where scholars, researchers, and specialists can interact to discuss future research directions and technological advancements.
The official program will commence on Sunday 9 August 2020 and conclude on Friday 14 August 2020.
